Coaching Contract

THIS AGREEMENT is made this

BETWEEN

; (the "Client") ; and Colorado Divorce Coach (the “Coach”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1.1 Services

The Coach shall provide the following services (“Services”) to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: The Coach will provide solution-focused divorce coaching services to support Client before/during/after the divorce process, to include guidance through the divorce process, legal information, emotional support, decision-making assistance, co-parenting and parenting plans, communication skills, resource referrals, and post-divorce support, by way of illustration.

1.2 Delivery of the Services

The Client should think of coaching as a process. While the desired outcomes that the Coach and Client explore together may take more or less time depending on the Client’s unique situation, most clients find that at least 4 coaching sessions are necessary for optimal results.

1.3 Fees

As consideration for the provision of the Services by the Coach the fees for the provision of the Services are $125.00 for a 45-minute session.

1.4 Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Fees to the Coach in advance of each coaching session by credit card.

1.5 Warranty

The Coach represents and warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Coach, either party’s liability arising directly out of its obligations under this Agreement and every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to the Fees.

The Client is aware that the coaching relationship does not represent psychological counseling or any kind of therapy, nor is the Coach able to provide the Client with legal counsel pertaining to the Client’s divorce or other matters. The Client is also aware that coaching results can vary and are not guaranteed. The Client agrees that they are entering into coaching with the understanding that the Client is responsible for their own decisions and results. The Client also agrees to hold the Coach free from all liability for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of advice given by the Coach.

1.7 Cancellations

The Client agrees to give at least 24-hours-notice in the event that they must cancel a coaching session, and the Coach will make every effort to reschedule with the Client in a timely manner. In the case of cancellations that do not adhere to the 24-hour notice period, the Fees paid by the Client to book the session will be forfeited by the Client.

Should the Client show up late to or miss 3 coaching sessions, the Coach retains the right to terminate the coaching relationship with the Client.

1.8 Term and Termination

This Agreement shall be effective on the date hereof and shall continue until the completion date stated in Section 1.2 unless terminated sooner.

Either party may choose to terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees owed to the Coach solely because of the termination of the Agreement.
